Purpose The purpose of this paper is to argue that human resource development (HRD) needs embrace and include futures foresight learning (FFL) as a new addition its field theorising practice. question consider is: How can FFL become feature HRD? A key part the authors’ argument inclusion will enable HRD add success any organisation make vital contribution management people at work.
